This Privacy Policy explains how Zimblumi ("the app") handles information. This policy applies specifically to Zimblumi (Bundle ID: com.majid.zimblumi) and does not apply to other apps.
Zimblumi is a creative kids game for collecting, coloring, drawing and decorating tiny characters called Zimblumis. We built Zimblumi to work fully on-device, without accounts, ads, or an internet connection.
Zimblumi does not collect, transmit, or receive any personal information over the internet, because the app does not make any network connections. Your gameplay progress, unlocked characters, Stars, achievements and Daily Rewards, along with any drawings, fill colors and stickers you create, are stored locally on your device only.
Zimblumi does not require or offer a user account, sign-in, or registration of any kind.
Zimblumi is designed to be played by children, typically under the supervision of a parent or guardian. The app does not collect personal information from children or from any user. Features that could move content outside the app — saving artwork to Photos and sharing artwork — are protected by a parental gate (a simple math question) intended to require a grown-up's involvement before those actions can be completed. Zimblumi does not include chat, messaging, user profiles, or any way for children to communicate with other people through the app.
Zimblumi does not display third-party advertising and does not use advertising or tracking SDKs. The app does not access the Advertising Identifier (IDFA) and does not track users across other apps or websites.
Zimblumi does not use analytics services, crash-reporting services, or any other third-party SDK that collects or transmits data. The app makes no network requests of any kind, so no information is sent to us or to any external service.
Drawings, fill colors and stickers you add to your Zimblumis, along with your character collection and rewards progress, are stored locally on your device using standard iOS app storage. This content is not uploaded to a server and is not accessible to us.
Zimblumi lets you save artwork to your Photos library or share it using the standard iOS share sheet. Both actions are initiated by you (or a parent/guardian) and are protected by the app's parental gate. Saving to Photos uses Apple's Photos permission and stores the image in your device's Photos library. Sharing opens Apple's built-in share sheet, which lets you choose where to send the image — for example, Messages, Mail, or another app.
Once artwork is shared to another app or service, that app or service's own privacy policy and practices apply to that content. Zimblumi has no further access to or control over content after it leaves the share sheet.
Because all data is stored locally on your device, it remains there until you reset it from the Parent Area, delete the app, or restore or erase your device. Deleting the app removes its locally stored data along with it, subject to normal iOS behavior for app data.
Zimblumi relies on the security protections built into iOS and iPadOS to help protect locally stored data. No method of storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Because Zimblumi does not transmit data over the internet, the main protection you control is the security of your own device, such as a passcode, Face ID, or Touch ID.
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time as the app changes. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the "Last updated" date above will reflect the most recent revision.
